About Us

Hi there. I'm Michelle, the creator and founder of Simple Sunday Lessons. I use my experience and passion for teaching to create simple lesson plans that help small churches with their children's ministry.

The idea to start this journey started with a conversation with my mom. My mom, a Sunday School teacher at a small church, asked me for help with her Easter Sunday planning. She found all of my old Sunday school materials from when I taught at our small church many years ago.

Many fond memories came flooding back to me, and I decided that I wanted to help people like my mom, like me, when I was a Sunday school teacher with their children's ministry.

Many small churches do not have an elaborate children's ministry. Often, there are only a handful of children, so you may find yourself teaching in a classroom with many different-aged children.

Simple Sunday Lessons aims to provide Bible-based, easy-to-follow lesson plans that teach our children important lessons.
